YOUR START IN CROSSFIT
New to CrossFit? First off: A WARM WELCOME, and it's great that you've found us!
To make your start easier, minimize your risk of injury, and allow us to get to know you and your experience, we will guide you from the very beginning of your CrossFit training. It's important to us that you understand the basic exercises and learn the fundamentals of the sport. Here, you can get an overview of what your onboarding process with us will entail.
Step 1:
Trial Class
First, book a free trial class with us. (Any additional class visit without a membership costs CHF 30 and is considered a drop-in.)
After that, we will contact you to schedule your kick-off appointment.
Step 2:
Starter Package
The Starter Package is mandatory for anyone with no prior CrossFit experience, and it includes the following:
Introductory course in a small group
(85 min)2-week introductory membership
(up to 3 workouts/week)Cost: CHF 190 (one-time payment)
Access to all Bootcamp, HYROX, HIIT, Strength, Weightlifting, and Gymnastics classes
Step 3:
Choose Your Membership
During or after your two-week Starter Package, you will choose the most suitable membership for you in consultation with your coach. After that, you'll be ready to truly kick off your fitness journey and dive into your training!
