HYROX is an international fitness competition format that combines endurance and functional strength. Each HYROX race consists of 8 x 1 km of running, with each segment interrupted by functional exercises like sled pushes, rowing, Wall Balls, and more.
It is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. -
You can train for HYROX directly at our studio in Zurich-Nord. We are an official HYROX partner and offer HYROX-focused training sessions that will optimally prepare you for competitions or simply help you get fit – even if you don't plan to compete.

No, not at all. You can simply use HYROX training as an intensive and structured workout method.
However, if you're interested, we'd be happy to specifically prepare you for an official HYROX Race – either individually or as part of a team. -
HYROX is included in our regular memberships. We also offer 10-session passes or drop-in options. You can find all options and prices on our pricing page.

Yes! We offer regular HYROX workshops, internal mini-competitions, or joint preparation for official HYROX Races (e.g., HYROX Zurich, St. Gallen, Basel, Munich, etc.). You can start solo, in doubles, or as a team – we'll coach you all the way to the finish line.

No, for training, you only need regular sportswear and clean athletic shoes. Everything else – such as SkiErg, sled, Wall Ball, sandbags – is provided in the box.
