During the 25-minute intro session, we’ll get to know you—and you’ll get to know us. Our members’ goals are often similar—exercising regularly, improving fitness, and, in many cases, losing fat. But everyone’s starting point is unique and different. That’s what the intro session is all about: a personal conversation and a clear overview of our nutrition and fitness programs.
